Skills Training: Sex and Anxiety

In this six hour skills training workshop, we will be discussing treatments for anxiety that engage a sexual health perspective. There will be three break out interludes, and a role play involving two actors. 

Training schedule (All listed times are Eastern Standard Time):

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: What anxiety is, how it evolves, and effective treatment plans that include sexual health
10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: 15 minute break
10:45 AM - 12:15 PM: Anxiety in relationships
12:15 PM - 12:45 PM: Lunch
12:45 PM - 2:15 PM: Anxiety and sexuality
2:15 PM - 2:30 PM: 15 minute break
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Case Studies, from both instructor and participants

This program meets the requirements for the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 6 total CE credits for each full day of skills training. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT Certification and renewal of certification. South Shore Sexual Health Center, LLC, Provider #15-784-S.
